Executive summary
Travellers pick a vehicle — car, traveller (tempo traveller) or minibus — see its seating capacity and fare, and book a curated one-day package covering a city's nearby tourist and religious places. Fares are driven by trip distance, so every package has a transparent, pre-set rate. One product, three surfaces: customer mobile apps, a public website, and an admin console to manage fleet, packages, pricing and bookings.

Curated packages & distance-based fares
Each package is a fixed route of nearby places. The admin sets the route distance once; the platform prices every vehicle class from configurable rates. Packages and distances below are illustrative — actual data and rates are set by the client in the admin panel.
| Sample package (Kolhapur) | Places covered | Approx. distance |
|---|---|---|
| City Heritage Day Tour | Shahu Palace (New Palace), Rankala Lake, Mahalaxmi Temple | ~40 km |
| Jotiba Darshan | Mahalaxmi Temple, Jotiba (Wadi Ratnagiri), Panhala optional | ~60 km |
| Radhanagari Wildlife Day | Radhanagari Dam & Sanctuary, Dajipur, Rankala | ~120 km |
| Vehicle class | Seats | Fare basis |
|---|---|---|
| Car (sedan / SUV) | 4–7 | Rate/km × package km (minimum km applies) + driver allowance + toll/parking |
| Tempo Traveller | 12–17 | Higher rate/km band, same rules |
| Minibus | 20–35 | Highest rate/km band, same rules |
Fare = distance slab rate × package km + driver allowance + extras (extra km / hours, night halt, seasonal surcharge, GST). All parameters are editable from the admin panel without a code change.
